TURKEY BURGERS

Serves 8 1 pound ground turkey 1/2 cup well-drained cooked spinach 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/3 cup CRISCO Oil Lettuce Sliced tomatoes 8 toasted hamburger buns Rinse turkey; pat dry. Grind in food processor for 1 to 2 minutes.Add spinach, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Mix until well blended.Heat oil in electric skillet set at 350ÔøΩF.
