Makes 1 cup 2 tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO Stick or 2 tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO all-vegetable shortening 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup half-and-half or milk1 egg yolk, beatenIn 1-quart saucepan melt Butter Flavor Crisco. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, lemon peel, dill weed and salt. Blend in half-and-half. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and just comes to a boil. Remove from heat.
