1 whole chicken, cut up (2-1/2 to 3 pounds)
1/4 cup CRISCO Oil, divided*
1 can (2.8 ounces) French-fried onions, crushed
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon milk
*Use your favorite Crisco Oil product.
Rinse chicken; pat dry.
Heat oven to 350: F. Spread 1 tablespoon oil over bottom of 15X10-inch jelly roll pan.
Combine onions, cheese, crumbs and salt in bowl. Combine egg and milk in separate bowl. Dip chicken in egg and then in crumb mixture to coat.
Place chicken in pan. Drizzle with remaining 3 tablespoons oil. Bake for 1 hour.
