Makes 1-1/2 cups

2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 Tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 cup CRISCO Oil
Place the Dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper and vinegar in blender and slowly add the Crisco Oil while the blender is running on medium speed.

If dressing is too thick, add a little water to make the consistency of heavy cream. Serve over mixed greens.
